Right of return
We grant a 14-day right of return for our products. The product must be returnable in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to get to know the product as it is possible in the store. The customer has the right to familiarize himself with the contents of the package and fit the product carefully. However, the product must be completely unscratched and like new when returned. Product packaging should be opened with general caution. All product packaging can be opened in such a way that the packaging is not damaged. For example, you should open tapes and seals with a knife, and not tear the tape off. We are responsible for the postage costs caused by the return.
Limitations of the right of return based on Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:
Engraved products are not granted the right of return under the law on customized products.
The right of return and/or cancellation is not granted for the product, if it was specifically ordered at the request of the buyer. However, there are very few customized products, such as some gold and diamond rings, in our selections. If it is a product to be ordered separately, we have told you about this separately in the product description.
For some products, the right of return is not granted due to health or hygiene reasons, if the product's sealed package has been opened. Such products include, for example: Pierced jewelry
Customer returns must always be sent by Posti or a separately agreed courier. Free customer returns and a receipt must be requested for the return. For customer return matters, you can contact us by email: store@goldluxusdiamonds.com
Packaging is the responsibility of the sender of the return. The product to be returned must be packed carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. The minimum requirement is packaging of the same level as was around the product when it was delivered. We are not responsible for damage to improperly packaged returns. If the customer has neglected to pack the product carefully, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
